Billing help
Subscription changes, cancellations, invoices, and payment method updates are handled through Stripe Customer Portal inside the app. If you cannot access the portal, contact support.
Account and data deletion
To request deletion, email support@vocaeasy.comwith the subject "Delete my account". We will delete app account data such as saved vocabulary, lists, practice messages, preferences, and usage records, except records that must be retained for legal, billing, tax, security, or dispute reasons.
